The staff are friendly and professional, giving thorough orientations to every guest. The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance. Plus, they have computers available for use.

Great Thanksgiving experience! the hostel offered complimentary pumpkin pie and turkey with all the fixings, which was a nice surprise. the location was perfect for exploring the city center and the nearby bars and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful in providing recommendations for local attractions, and the hostel organized fun events and pub crawls every night.

There were some noisy guests who kept us up at night, but that's to be expected in a busy hostel environment. It would have been nice if the reception was open 24/7 to address any issues that arose.

The location was perfect, right in the center of the city. The staff were so friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The facilities were clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. The hostel was located in a great spot just a few minutes away from the best areas to visit around the city. , during the Christmas season, the staff provided us with hot cocoa and cookie treats every night, which was a really nice touch to make us feel festive. Lastly, the beds were quite comfortable, allowing us to have a good rest after a day of exploration.

The showers were a bit of a letdown, as they didn't consistently provide hot water for everyone in the morning. the luggage storage area was quite small and cramped, which made it difficult to maneuver around and find your things, especially during the busy holiday period.

It's within walking distance to the best clubs and bars, and the bus stop for the airport is only a few minutes away. the staff are friendly and always happy to help. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with individual lights and charging points for each bed.

The hostel doesn't provide non-alcoholic drinks on arrival like some guests would prefer, which is a small inconvenience for those who don't drink alcohol.
